If I am approved for funding through the Express Program, am I guaranteed reimbursement?

Once an agreement is awarded through the Express Program, you are guaranteed reimbursement of the courses you have been approved for as long as the following conditions are met:

• Training occurs on or after the start date of training as indicated on the Express Service Agreement. If training begins before the approved agreement start date, this voids the Express Service Agreement and your training would not be eligible for reimbursement.
  
• You take, and submit reimbursement for, only course(s) that are approved in your Service Agreement.
• You provide a training provider invoice of the course(s) you were approved for that includes the course name, course cost, and training provider name.
• You provide proof of payment of the course(s) that are approved in your Service Agreement.
• You provide a list of the employees who attended the training.
• You submit a request for reimbursement and all documentation within 30 days from date of completion of training.
