I was approved for funding, and paid for the course, but had a conflict and couldn't attend, can I still get reimbursed for the training through the Express Program?

In order to be reimbursed for training approved via an Express Program grant, training must be completed and paid for. Unfortunately, we can not reimburse for training that was paid for but not taken. We recommend connecting with the training provider of the course and checking on their refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policy. The Express Program does not manage the individual policies of each provider. If you are able to reschedule training to a later date (within the contract service agreement) we would be able to reimburse for the rescheduled training. All trainings have to be completed within the one year contract agreement. 


Please also note that in order to receive a reimbursement, you must apply and be approved for an Express program grant.
