As a provider with approved courses, am I allowed to offer the courses to my own employees?

Express funds cannot be used to reimburse a company to deliver in-house training to its employees. If we allowed it, we would be paying the business to deliver the training to themselves--which would then be used to compensate their in-house training staff--and would be considered a form of self-dealing, which is not permissible with Express dollars. 

As an approved training provider, you are more than welcome to apply for grant funding of training through other courses approved on our directory from other training providers, so long as the training provider you select is: (a.) not an owner, investor, or employee of your company, and (b.) is not a direct relative of any owner, investor, or employee of your company.
