My business was approved to send 7 trainees to a course, but only 5 could make it. Can I reallocate the funds not used for the 2 trainees that did not attend for other training?

Funds on an agreement are awarded for a specific training course(s). While we can’t automatically reallocate funds directly to another course on the same agreement, you can reapply for a different training course by submitting a new application through our website. Please ensure you are still applying for new training at least 21 days before the start date of training for all new applications submitted.

If you have reached your max approved subsidy limit for the calendar year of $20,000, you will have to wait until the course in question has been processed for reimbursement. Once the unused funds have been removed from the open agreement and you have been notified, you can then submit your new application.
