My original training dates have changed, is my course still eligible for reimbursement?

There are a few different dates on an Express Service Agreement. There is the "Contract Start Date" "Contract End Date" and the specific course start and end date for each course listed on an agreement (as shown by the screenshot of our application below). The Contract Start Date of Express grants will be automatically set as 21 days from the day of application submission, provided the application is approved. The Agreement Start Date is the date that all training on an agreement can begin on or after. The course start and end dates are specific to each course listed. Courses cannot begin before the Contract Start Date.


All service agreements resulting from approved applications are made for a one-year period starting on the Contract Start Date. Course trainings can occur during this one-year grant period.  


While we cannot adjust the Contract Start or End Date, we can adjust the specific course start and end dates (within the one-year period) –if notified ahead of time–to complete all training listed on an Express Service Agreement. 


If your specific course start and end dates have changed for any reason, please reach out to us directly at express@commcorp.org referencing your project number and/or business name, along with the course that you wish to update the start and end dates to. We will make an internal note about the new end date to ensure you stay within our 30 day post-training reimbursement window guideline.
