Once submitted for review through the Express Provider Portal (your course will show-up in the “Under Review” section of your homepage), you can expect course reviews to take up to 10 business days depending on the volume of course reviews our team has. You do not have to email our team to request a review of your course, you will receive an email once your course has been reviewed, and you can check the status of your course on the homepage of your portal.
If your course requires any edits once reviewed by our team, your course will show up in the “Edits Required” category. You will have to make edits and submit for review again, which will restart the review process.
