For how long are Express Program service agreements open?

Any agreements issued prior to May 20, 2024, are valid for two years from the approved contract start date. 

Agreements issued on or after May 20, 2024, are valid for one year from the approved contract start date. 

You can refer to the first page your issued agreement to see when your approved start and end date is. 

If there are any courses you want to take that are further than a year away, we suggest you wait to apply for funding until closer to the start of training for that specific course. Applications can still be submitted on a rolling basis, and you can have multiple agreements open at the same time. Please note that reimbursement requests should still be submitted within 30 days of course completion.
