Why was my reimbursement request voided? Does this mean I am not able to submit the courses for reimbursement?

In order to submit a reimbursement request for a course under an approved Express Service Agreement, you must submit specific documentation that the course has been completed and paid for, who took the training, and our reimbursement document (View additional details about out reimbursement process here.)

 

Due to high reimbursement volume, our team will notify you via the email thread you submitted your reimbursement on if there are any items that need to be fixed regarding your request. We provide a deadline of 7 days from date of notice to fix the issues within the email or to notify us that you are working on the requested updates. If the requested items are not provided within 7 days, your request will be voided. However, this does not mean you can’t submit for reimbursement again. Simply collect the required documentation, including anything that was originally missing, and send us a new request to express@commcorp.org.
