Will the General Program grant pay for existing training that my company is already doing? Can I start training while my General Program application is in the review process?

No. You should not begin any grant-funded training prior to executing a contract. Any expenses that pre-date the contract period will not be covered under a grant. Contracts will not be retroactively issued. Training can only begin after the grant contract has been executed.
