My DUA Certificate of Compliance shows I have over 100 employees, but my current employee count is under 100. Can I still submit an Express application?

Eligibility for the Express Program is based on the number of employees at the time of application. However, the Certificate of Compliance from the DUA will show an employee count from the latest filed fiscal quarter, which could have an employee count that is a bit outdated. If your Certificate of Compliance from the DUA shows an employee count over 100, but your current employee count is under 100, you can still apply, however as part of our compliance review, a member of our team will reach out to your organization and request current payroll documentation that confirms the current employee count. As long as we can verify employee count via payroll documentation, we can award your organization a grant (assuming all other compliance requirements are met).

Additional directions to obtain a Certificate of Compliance from the DUA can be found here!

2. The DUA has a few different certificates it might provide once you request one through their DUA portal. We will be looking for the certificate that confirms you are a WTF contributor. You can view examples of the different types of certificates here:
