I had a course approved on TrainingPro, why can’t I see it in my new account?

There are a few reasons you might not be able to see your “approved” courses from TrainingPro in your new account: 

  • You did not complete the merging request our team notified you of in October 2023. If this is the case, you will need to add your courses as new courses on the Express Provider Portal and submit them for review.  
  • When you registered for the new system, you may not have entered the FEIN you provided to us during the migration process. Please email us at express@commcorp.org, and we can help you figure out why you are not seeing your courses.  
  • The course expired in TrainingPro, so it did not make it into our data merge. Any course with an expiration date on or after July 1, 2023, was considered for the merging process, so if your course in TrainingPro has an “earliest resubmit date” prior to that date, it was not merged to the new system. If this was the case, you will need to add the course as a new course and submit it for review.
