When will the Express Program application and Training Directory be linked to the Express Provider Portal?

The Express Provider Portal will be linked with the Express Program application and the online Training Directory in mid-January 2024. Until then, the Express Program team will manually update the application and the Training Directory with the most recently-updated approved course list twice weekly.

In the interim, applicants to the Express Program will be able to search for (new) 4-digit C-record numbers and (prior) 7-digit TrainingPro ID numbers to find their courses. If a course has been newly submitted and was not migrated from TrainingPro, then it'll only have a 4-digit number. If a course was migrated, then it'll have both, but the client will use the 7-digit number to input it. Notes have been made on the application to guide clients to input courses correctly in this temporary transition period.
