Once you make edits to an approved course that was listed on our directory, it automatically pulls the course from the directory until the changes can be reviewed and approved by our team. The act of updating a course and saving the edits, automatically pushes the course back into the "draft" stage, and then "under review" once you submit the course for review. Courses in Under Review are not able to be applied for by businesses until they are re-approved. Re-approvals can take up to 10 business days, depending on the volume of requests.
If you do plan to make edits to an approved course, please make sure you’re doing so with enough lead time for the course to be properly reviewed and re-authorized so that businesses will be able to apply for it.
Given the volume of course review requests the Express Program receives, we cannot accommodate last-minute review requests, and courses will be reviewed in the order that they are received.
