How long do courses stay active on the Express Course Directory?

Once approved, courses will stay eligible for funding and listed in our active directory for one year from date of approval. If you need to make edits to your course between your approval date and your expiration date, you can do so by going to the course then clicking “Update”. Making and saving updates to your course will result in your course dropping off the active directory list and into draft mode (before you submit the edits for approval), so please make sure you are making edits well before your course start dates. Once the edits are submitted for review and approved, the expiration date will update to one year from the new date of approval.
