Training should only be applied for the new hire once they have started. This means a new hire could start training in as little as 21 days* from date of hire, pending an agreement is awarded for training.
*If a new trainee will be taking part in a course that is listed as a “group rate”, they could join a group training that was approved for funding on their first day of work since increasing the employee count should not change the approved course amount.
