If you have registered with the Express Provider Portal, please see below for how to request a password reset. I you have not, your TrainingPro/old login credentials will not work in the new system, which means you will need to register with our new system first. See here for how to get started.
Go to the Express Provider sign-in page. Under the Login box, you should see text that says, “Forgot your password?” Click on the link and enter your username* to have a password reset link sent to the email address associated with the username. If you’ve forgotten your username or if you require further assistance, get in touch with us at express@commcorp.org.
*Please note- your username is your registered email address PLUS ".commcorp". For example, if your registered email address was test@gmail.com, your username would be test@gmail.com.commcorp. That is the username you will need to type in to retrieve your password.
