You can also locate a link to the Express Provider Portal through our website on the "For Training Providers" page here (see screenshot below for the exact link location): https://commcorp.org/subprogram/wtfp-express-program-for-providers/
Once you have confirmed you are in the right spot, if you have registered with the Express Provider Portal, you can reset your password by following the below directions:
Step 1 Make sure you are on the Express Provider Sign-in Page, as shown to the right | ![]() |
Step 2 Click on "Forgot your password?" | ![]() |
Step 3 Enter your username, then click the "Reset Password" button. Your username is your registered email address PLUS ".commcorp". For example, if I registered under test@gmail.com, my username would be test@gmail.com.commcorp. If you only enter your email address, you will not receive your password reset email. | ![]() |
Step 4 Check your email for password reset directions. If you do not receive your password reset email, ensure you entered the correct username, and also check your spam/junk folders. Once you receive the email, you can click on the link to reset your password and get logged in. |
*If you have not registered with the Express Provider Portal, your TrainingPro login credentials used in the system pre-November 2023 will not work in the new system, which means you will need to register with our new system first. See here for how to get started.
