My username is not working, how do I know what my username is?

Once you register with the Express Provider Portal, you will receive an email that indicates your username along with a link to setup your password, as shown below:


 

Please note, your username is NOT your email address. It is your email address PLUS ".commcorp".


That means, if your email address you registered with was testemail@gmail.com, your username would be "testemail@gmail.com.commcorp". If you do not include ".commcorp" at the end, you will not be able to login, and you will not be able to reset your password.
