No. The transition will not affect the existing core processes of Express. This includes grant applications, reimbursements, general inquiries, current communication channels, the online directory and in-application course search, grant monitoring (if applicable), reporting and data requests, and more. While current processes will remain the same, the transition will be multifaceted and will require the cooperation of all providers registered with the Express Program. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated, and we’re confident that the final product, our new course management system, will make the transition worthwhile.
