What happens to my courses if they don’t get moved over to the new system?

Courses that are not included in the migration (i.e. courses that have not been updated and approved) were not transferred over to the new system. 

 

The courses in your TrainingPro account will no longer be active after October 30th (you will still be able to see your courses, they will just be set to "inactive"), however if your courses were not included in the migration process, you will still be able to create a new course in the new system then copy & paste data from TrainingPro and submit the course for review. 


As a reminder, providers should have been contacted multiple times via email and asked to update their courses to include additional course content required for the migration.
