Express Program Application Unavailable Jan. 29--Feb. 2, 2024

Modified on Thu, 21 Dec 2023 at 01:16 PM

The application for the Express Program of the Workforce Training Fund will be unavailable from Monday, January 29, 2024, through February 2, 2024, to bring planned enhancements to our online application and contract processes. During this time, the Express Program will also not be issuing new service agreements.

This scheduled unavailability will not impact currently active service agreements, pending reimbursement requests, or existing Express Program guidelines.

Applications submitted before or after the week of January 29, 2024, will be processed as normal according to our guidelines.

Prospective applicants planning to submit their applications during the week of January 29, 2024, are advised to submit their applications ahead of time. The 21-day window to submit applications is the minimum amount of required time to process. Applicants can always submit their applications earlier than the required 21 days (3 weeks) before the start date of training.

The enhancements follow the successful launch of CommCorp’s new Express Provider Portal, which went live for training providers on November 15, 2023.

The planned enhancements will include an updated application and a new online training directory that communicates in real-time with the Portal and its 3,500+ courses currently approved for reimbursement.

Please reach out to the Express Program team at express@commcorp.org with any questions and the team will respond with support and/or additional resources as necessary within 1 business day.

Thank you for your patience as CommCorp takes this next exciting step to enhance the user experience for businesses looking to partner with the Workforce Training Fund.
