Certificate of Good Standing from the MA Department of Revenue

The COGS should be from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and have the following characteristics. If the following are not met, your application will be rejected and you will have to reapply once you have the correct one:

• Notice Date within 6 months from date of application submission
• The Legal Name should be indicated on the COGS, please don't use a DBA or a shorthand version of your business name. It should line up with what the Secretary of the Commonwealth has listed here.
