The provider gave me a seven-digit course number, but I can only see four-digit course numbers, how do I find the right course number for the course I want to take?

You can easily find the C-record number—depicted as a “C-” followed by four or five numbers—by searching for the course based on its seven-digit number—called a “TrainingPro ID” --on the Express Course Directory.

Follow these steps to use a TrainingPro ID to find the C-record number associated with the course(s) you want to apply for.

  1. 1. Navigate to the Express Course Directory: https://commcorp.org/subprogram/wtfp-express-directory/

2. At the top of the directory, locate the search box titled “Training Pro ID,” depicted below:

  1. 3. Enter the seven-digit number in the TrainingPro ID box, and then hit the long blue button “Search” beneath the search boxes.

  1. 4. After you hit “Search” you should see the course associated with that seven-digit number appear. The C-record number is the number to the far left, under “Express Course ID” depicted in green below.

  1. 5. Enter that C-record number on the application to pull course data from the directory into the application.

  1. 6. Repeat as necessary for every course you wish to apply for. You can add up to 10 courses per application.
