Search By:
- Express Course ID Number (C-Record Number)
- Course Name/Description/Keywords
- TrainingPro ID
- If you have a seven-digit course ID from your provider that was used in the TrainingPro system you can enter the seven-digit course ID here. - DEI/ESOL/Climate Change
Please Note: The search fields outlined are cumulative. That means if you enter a value into more than one field, the directory will search for a course that matches all the values entered. For example, if you select a specific provider name, and add in a course keyword, it will look for courses for that specific provider containing that course keyword |
Express Course ID Number (C-Record Number)
If the provider you're taking courses with has provided you with the Express Course ID number (also known as a "C" or "C-Record" number), you may enter that in the top text entry field - Express Course ID. Course numbers will always start with "C-" and be followed by a few numbers; ex: C-0123.
Course Name/Description/Keywords
If you don’t have a specific course in mind that you are taking, this is a good place to start. You can search by keyword that would show up in a course description for a course or by the keywords provided by training providers.
TrainingPro ID
If you have a seven-digit course ID from your provider that was used in the TrainingPro system you can enter the seven-digit course ID here. Please make note of the updated C-record number, as moving forward the C-record number is the one that should be used. The C-record number will show up in the first column if the course exists in our directory.
Training Categories & TopicsUse the dropdowns to search for trainings by category and/or main topic.

The Training provider search function has a dropdown list of all the providers with approved courses in our directory. This is a great way to find courses for a specific provider.
DEI/ESOL/Climate Change
At the request of the Healy-Driscoll administration, approved Express Program courses can now be categorized and filtered by one or more featured topics: DEI, ESOL, and Climate Change. Working definitions of each featured topic are outlined below:
- Climate Change courses help companies develop the skills of their employees to mitigate the impacts of climate change in the context of their jobs, and courses that promote responsible and sustainable business practices to bring about a decarbonized economy.
- DEI courses develop employees’ skills and abilities to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at any level of an organization. The Workforce Training Fund defines the component parts of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) as follows:
- Diversity: the condition of being different or having differences. Diversity more commonly refers to differences among people with respect to age, class, ethnicity, gender, health, physical and mental ability, race, sexual orientation, religion, physical size, education level, job and function, personality traits, and other human traits.
- Equity: the distribution of appropriate resources, which may vary based on the situation, for people to achieve equal results. This differs from equality, which emphasizes the equal distribution of resources irrespective of the impact that those resources have.
- Inclusion: offering of access to resources, privilege, wealth, feelings of belonging, and positions of power.
- ESOL courses provide workplace English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) instruction on-the-job for employees at a company. Courses can be designed towards specific levels of English learners (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced), or contextualized to fit a specific industry’s unique language needs (e.g., manufacturing, accommodation/food services, etc.).
