If you course is expiring soon (has not expired yet), there are two different ways to renew your course- Renewing and expiring course when you don't have any edits to make & renewing a course when you do have edits to make. Directions for both are found below-
Renewing an expiring course when you don't have any edits to make:
1. From your homepage, click on the c-record number of the course you wish to renew.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the course information. You will see a checkbox that says, "Renew Course without any changes"**. Click "Update", then check off the box to the right of the statement, then click "Save & Submit Later". The course should automatically renew and give you a new expiration date a year from the current date. If no edits need to be made, the course will stay approved in our directory, and our team will not have to review the course again. **If the question highlighted below (discount question) is blank/not answered when renewing your course, you will need to answer the question, then follow directions below. The "Renew Course without any changes" checkbox will disappear once you make this edit. This should only be an issue the FIRST time you renew a course within the new system.
Renewing an expiring course when you do have edits to make:
1. From your homepage, click on the c-record number of the course you wish to renew.
2. Review the course information- click "update" then make edits as needed--> click "save & submit later" --> click "submit for approval". Once submitted for approval, the course will not be listed on our directory until the course has been reviewed and approved by the Express Team.
Course reviews can take up to 10 business days based on the volume of course reviews.
