How do I renew an expired course in my portal?

If you course is expired, it is no longer listed on our Express Course Directory. Thankfully, you can easily get it renewed and added back to our approved list of courses. To do this:

1. From your homepage, click on the c-record number of the course you wish to renew.

2. Review the course information to make sure all of it is still up to date. If no edits need to be made, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "update" --> click "save & submit later" --> click "submit for approval" (please note, once a course is expired, the checkbox "renew without any edits" will not work, this only works if you renew prior to the expiration date).

3. If you do need to make changes to the course, click "update" --> make edits as needed in the course --> click "save & submit later", then click "submit for approval".

Course reviews can take up to 10 business days based on the volume of course reviews.
