In order to ensure we are funding training that is specifically skills-based and work-related, we are unable to accommodate courses being charged at a monthly or yearly rate as the material taught will be different across each trainee depending on course content chosen. This makes it unclear what course content our funding is covering for each trainee.
The Express Program classifies courses like this as "memberships" or "access to an unlimited and/or unspecified knowledge base that is charged at a monthly or yearly rate, per person or per group".
