Consortium Participant Wage Calculator Workbook

As the consortium lead, please gather wage and participant data from each partner organization and enter it into this workbook. This calculator will: 

• Tally the number of trainees across partners 
• Average the participant wages 
• Generate totals for entry into the online application 

Directions:

1. Make a Copy: Go to File > Create a Copy to save an editable version (cloud or local).

2. Complete Partner Tabs: Enter required information in the Average Cost of Benefits (% of wages) sections—one tab per partner.

3. Add All Partner Organizations: Repeat for each partner. The averaged participant number and average wage will update in the "Home Tab".

4. Enter the Information in the Application: Use the averaged participant number and average wage shown in the "Home Tab" to complete the Wage and Participant section of the consortium application 

5. Save for Records: Name the file “Your Organization Name - Consortium Participant Wage Calculator Workbook" and include as an attachment in the application.
