How do I use the Course Detail & Budget Worksheet to plan my future General Program application?

This is a tool you can use to help you organize the information that will be required when the application reopens for FY26:

Directions:

  1. Make a Copy: Go to File > Create a Copy to save an editable version (cloud or local).

  2. Complete Course Tabs: Enter required information in the Course Overview and Training Participant Breakdown sections—one tab per course.

  3. Select Pricing: On row 27 of each course tab, choose Group Rate or Per Participant (confirm with your training provider).

  4. Add All Courses: Repeat for each course. Totals will populate in the Grant Budget Totals tab.

  5. Save for Records: Name the file “Your Organization Name - WTFP GP Course Details & Budget” and keep on hand for when FY26 applications reopen.
