What reporting obligations are required once the General Program grant is underway?

Modified on Tue, Nov 26 at 11:08 AM

There are two different reporting requirements through the 2-year life of the General program grant.
  1. Quarterly activity reports (QAR): each quarter grantees are required to submit a report that details training activity to date, progress towards outcome goals, and is a pulse check for the Program Manager to ensure the grant is on track.
  2. Fiscal status reports (FSR): To receive funding installments grantees must document incurred expenses throughout the life of the grant.
  3. In addition, you may be asked to provide attendance reports or training attendance reports. These documents should be kept on hand through the life of the grant and beyond should we request it or in case of an audit.
