My employee count fluctuates over and under 100 MA employees, am I eligible to apply for the Express Program after July 10, 2023?

You are eligible to apply for the Express Program if the total number of W-2 employees working in Massachusetts at the moment you apply is at or below 100. For example, if you apply when your company currently has 300 Massachusetts employees, your application will be closed, and you will be encouraged to apply for a General Program grant instead.  

Note: Employee numbers will be verified with the DUA (Department of Unemployment Assistance) to ensure accuracy. Applicants will be required to produce documentation if there is a significant discrepancy between the number of employees provided on their application and the most recent number on file with the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (MA DUA).
